Arthur E. Goetting
Arthur E. Goetting was born in Mauston, Wisconsin in 1874. He spent 2 years studying at the Cincinnati Art Academy, and decorated only for a few months at Rookwood Pottery in 1896. He did go on to become a Cincinnati publisher of hand-crafted books in 1902, and changed his last name it "Curtis" in 1920. Arthur died in Cincinnati, Ohio in April 1968.
