Elizabeth Neave Lincoln

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 13,1867, Elizabeth Neave Lincoln generally went by the nickname "Lisbeth", and once married took her husband's last name "Lingenfelter". Like many of her contemporaries, she attended the Cincinnati Art Academy. She decorated pieces at Rookwood Pottery for many years, between 1892 and 1931. Her work is found on many different glazes, including Standard Glaze and Vellum. She passed away in the year 1957 after spending her later years in the field of nursing. Collector interest in her pieces is considered to be above average.
