Rose Fechheimer

Rose Fechheimer was born in 1874 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Like many other Rookwood artists, she studied at the Cincinnati Art Academy. She decorated pieces at Rookwood Pottery for ten years, between 1896 and 1906. Her work is usually found on Standard and Iris Glaze pieces. Rose Fechheimer died in October, 1961 in Santa Monica, California. Collector interest in her pieces is considered to be average.
