Muncie Pottery 1929 Blue Peachskin Tapered/Space Capsule Vase #110-3

$125.00
Muncie Pottery started production of art pottery in 1919 as the Muncie Clay Products Company. Muncie Pottery started as a subsidiary of the German-American Clay Company. Muncie Pottery like so many of the other American art pottery companies closed its doors as a victim of the depression in 1939.

This 3 1/4 inch tall Muncie vase is in exceptional original condition. To me this piece reminds me of a space capsule. The blue peachskin glaze is exceptional in color and depth. The blue glaze flows nicely down the squat shape of the vessel accenting its shape. Always sought after and highly collectible arts and crafts vase. Now is your chance to own your own.

Exceptional vase in that it has no chips, no cracks, no repairs. mild crazing. Any imperfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. The white spots are studio light reflections.

Authentic Muncie Pottery. All pictures are original and unedited.
